Experience; 7 - 20 Years
Qualification: Engineering in CS/IT ,MCA,

Provide Techno-functional support to the Oracle Apps ERP modules Sales Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Production, Financial Accounting and Descrete Manufaturing
Perform gap analysis & understand the functionality/enhancement/report development requirement from the business users and develop the solution on technical & functional front. Also coordinating with HQ team for the development and testing of customizations and enhancements
Co-ordinate with the 3rd party developers and provide adequate guidance for on time and quality delivery of development requirements.
Configure & maintain Master data, Key parameters and critical business rules.
Perform troubleshooting of the ERP system and Support day to day operations & Assist users with any system problems
Troubleshoot standard and custom built legacy software systems
Maintaining local area network (LAN), Net connectivity, Computers, Laptops, Printers, Projectors, Biometric machine and ensure 100% availability
Setup and support for Operating system, Web Browser and Java Setup, Intranet Chat, MS-Office, Antivirus and other business support systems.
Setup email accounts and maintain Zimbra connectivity. Supporting HQ team for troubleshooting Email Issues.
Coordinate with HQ IT team for creating Email accounts, User login for VPN and ERP
Performing all the tasks related to the IT systems
