For Medical Officer (Full Time): applicants must have passed MBBS degree.
For Medical Officer (Part Time): applicants must have passed MBBS degree.
For ANM: applicants must have passed 10th class with ANM Course
For Nurse-Midwife: applicants must have passed 12th Class with GNM Course.
For Pharmacist: applicants must have passed D.Pharm.
For Lab Technician: applicants must have passed B.SC with DMLT
