Name of the post: assistant (general), assistant (stores &
purchase), assistant (finance & accounts) and junior stenographer.
Age limit: candidates those who are applying for these vacancies age should be less than 28 years as on 15.05.2015.
Education requirement: candidates those who are applying for these
vacancies must have education qualification as mentioned below.
For Assistant (General): candidates must have passed 12th class and must
have typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on computer
For Assistant (Finance & Accounts): candidates must have passed 12th
class with commerce and typing speed 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in
Hindi on computer.
For Assistant (Stores & Purchase: candidates must have passed 12th
class with typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on
computer.
For Junior Stenographer: candidates must have passed 12th class and
shall posses speed of 80wpm in shorthand with typing speed 35 wpm in
English and 40wpm in Hindi on computer.
Pay Scale: selected candidates would be given a salary of Rs.5200/- to
Rs.20200/- per month and Grade Pay Rs.1900/- per month (only for Junior
Stenographer, the Grade pay will be Rs.2400/- per month) for all posts.
Application Fee: Candidates have to pay Rs.100/- through Demand Draft
drawn in favor of the Director, CSM-CRI, Bhavnagar payable at any of the
Nationalized Bank at Bhavnagar and no fee for SC/ST, Women, PWD and
Employees of CSIR.
Mode of Selection: Selection of the aspirants will be based on
performance in the written test, typing test and personal interview.
