FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Reviews supplies inventory to maintain optimal stock without excessive inventory.
3. Set up cost control modules for all tests

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ensure whether all Laboratory personnel follow the established customer interaction protocols or not.
Responsible To interact with customers and obtain feedback through a feedback system to minimize customer/patient complaints.
Ensure that patients / customers receive the laboratory tests in due time.

PROCESS RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible to Maintains policies & procedures of the department  and conduct quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

Transcript materials and maintaining all pathology and clinical laboratory files.

Maintaining the departmental equipments and supplies in an orderly manner.

Arrange all written document and maintains files as required.

Ensure whether  the  Quality assurance controls for all lab tests are done or not.
Reviews  all laboratory procedure area wise and update and consults the head pathologist when required.
Ensures that the standards & process of NABL is in place as per the deadline

Preparation, Sanctions and recommendation of leave and vacation schedules for the staff.
