National Building Construction Cooperation Limited NBCC) invites application for the post of 28 General Manager, Additional General Manager and various vacancies on regular basis through Direct Recruitment.

General Manager (Civil:- 07 Posts

• Qualification:-Candidates should have Full time degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University or Institute.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 36600 – 62000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of Candidates should be 49 years as on 31^st May 2015
• Experience:- Candidate should have 15 years’ experience in the field of PMC/ EPC/ Real Estate/ Infrastructure out of which 2 years’ experience in one step below post in the scale of pay Rs 32900 – 58000/- (IDA) or CDA pay scale Rs 37400 – 67000/- If working in PSU / Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs 15 Lacs if working in private sector Bank

Additional General Manager (Civil:- 14 Posts

• Qualification:-Candidates should have Full time degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Government recognized University or Institute.
• Pay Scale:- Rs 32900 – 58000/- Per Month
• Age Limit:- The age of Candidates should be 45 years as on 31^st May 2015
• Experience:- Candidate should have 12 years’ experience in the field of PMC/ EPC/ Real Estate/ Infrastructure out of which 2 years’ experience in one step below post in the scale of pay Rs 29100 – 54500/- (IDA) or CDA pay scale Rs 15600 – 39100/- If working in PSU / Government or otherwise drawing minimum annual CTC of Rs 12 Lacs if working in private sector Bank

Selection Procedure:- Selection procedure will be decided by NBCC depending upon the response received against each post. The selection criteria can be by way of Personal Interview or by way of group Discussion and Personal Interview or Written Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview or any other appropriate way.
Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
iii) By 5 years to candidates who have originally been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01.01.1980 to 31.12.1989.
