Name of the post: it cum monitoring and evaluation specialist, municipal finance specialist, ppp /urban infrastructure specialist etc.
Educational qualification: candidates must have educational qualification as mentioned below.
For Team Leader – Urban Planner: Candidate must have passed master’s
degree in urban planning/ m.tech degree in urban planning preferably
along with specialization in urban planning/infrastructure development.
For Municipal Finance Specialist: candidate must have passed master’s
degree in economics along with specialization in public finance or a
master’s degree in commerce or mba in finance or candidates must have
qualified in chartered accountant with 3-5 yrs. experience
For Solid Waste Management Specialist: Candidate must have passed
environmental engineering degree with wide range of experience in
municipal waste management with 5-7 years experience.
For IT cum Monitoring and evaluation Specialist: candidate must have passed master’s degree in information technology along with experience in development communication, knowledge management or any related field from a recognized institution.
For PPP /Urban Infrastructure Specialist: candidate must have passed an
engineering graduate along with 5-7 years experience in formulating and
implementing ppp projects for infrastructure development.
For Solid Waste Management Specialist: candidate must have passed
environmental engineering degree along with broad range of experience in
municipal waste management with 5-7 years experience.
For Capacity Building /Institutional Strengthening Specialist: candidate
must have passed master’s degree in sociology/ social work/ psychology
along with specialization in community development or an mba
specialization having specialization with 7-10 yrs experience in
training and capacity building.
For Monitoring and Change Management Specialist: candidate must have passed masters degree in social sciences/ mba from a recognized university.
For Senior Research Associate: candidate must have passed master degree
in economics/ public administration/ sociology/ political science/
master in social work/geography
Selection process: candidates would be selected based on their performance in the personal interview.
