Educational Qualification:
For assistant professor
Candidates must possess good academic record with at least 55% marks (or
an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is
followed) at the Masters Degree level in a relevant subject through
National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification conducted by the UGC
(CSIR) or similar test accredited by the UGC like NET / SLET
For professor
Candidates must be a well-known scholar with Ph.D. qualification in the
concerned or allied or relevant discipline and should be flexible with
published work of high standard, dynamically engaged in research and a
minimum of 10 years of teaching experience in university or college or
experience of research at University or national level institutions or
in industries.
Pay scale:
Assistant professor: For assistant professor a pay scale of Rs.15600/- to 39100/- and with a grade pay of Rs.6000/- per month.
Professor: For professor a pay scale of Rs.37400/- to 67000/- and with grade pays of Rs.10000/- per month.
Selection Process: Candidates are selected based on their performance in interview.
