Detail of Oil India Limited (OIL) Instrumentation Engineer Recruitment:
- Oil INDIA LIMITED, a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking is the pioneer and secondlargest national upstream Oil and Gas Company with a pan Indian presence and growing global footprint. Oll is all set to conquer newer horizons of allround growth and excellence. It is engaged in Exploration, Production and Transportation of crude Oil, Natural Gas and Manufacture of LPG with its field Headquarters at Duliajan, Dist. -Dibrugarh, Assam.
- Oil India Limited intends to hire the following Instrumentation Engineers on contract basis for its onland operations in Assam purely for temporary requirement. The contract would be for a minimum period of six months, extendable by three six months tenure upto a maximum period of two years depending upon requirement and the performance of the individual. The details are given below:

Instruction :
- Minimum 3 (three) years) of working experience in maintenance, calibration, repairing & testing of both Pneumatic & Electronic Instrumentation in any GovtPublicPrivate sector organization of repute.
- The candidates should have awareness on current development of instrumentation technology and knowledge of different codes & engineering standards as applicable.
- The candidate should be capable of reading & understanding the PID, PFD, System configuration drawings, wiring diagrams, loop drawings, cable layout & instrument installation & hook-up drawings etc.
- The candidate should be capable of doing fault finding in instrument control panels with electronic pneumatic control logic and sequence control safety shutdown devices.
- The candidate should have adequate knowledge of safety related instrumentation system used in hydrocarbon industries.
- Experiences on Advanced Instrumentation Systems like PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), Field-Bus Technology (FF, Profibus), SCADA, Distributed Control System (DCS) eg. STARDOM/ DeltaV AC800F, drilling rig instrumentation system etc. will be an added advantage.

- Written Test on 30/4/2015.
- Shortlisted candidates will undertake face to face interview.
