Education Qualification:
Assistant Engineer (El): candidates must have B.E. from any recognized University or AMIE (India) or equaling qualification in
(a) Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
(b) Computer Science/ Information Technology / Information Science Engineering.
(c) Electronics and communication / Electronics Telecommunication Engineering.
Assistant Engineer (Civil): candidates must have BE of a recognized University or AMIE (India) in civil engineering.
Assistant Accounts Officer: candidates must have M.Com Graduate of a recognized University or pass in ICWA/MBA (Finance).
Junior Engineer (Ele): candidates must have Diploma in Electrical/ and
Electrical/Electronic Engineering of a Polytechnic of the State of
Karnataka or its equivalent qualification.
Age Limit: Candidates age should be less than 40 years as on last date
of submission of application and age relaxation would be applicable as
per the government rules to all reserved category candidates.
Application Fees: all general and obc category candidates have to pay
GESCOM application fee of Rs. 2000/- and all SC, ST, PWD category
candidates have to pay Rs. 1000/-
Selection Process: Candidates will be appointed basis on the written test and personal interview.
