Educational requirement:
For Talati cum Mantri: aspirants must have higher secondary
For Multipurpose Health Worker (Male): aspirants must have 10th class
with health worker basic course for multipurpose health worker (male)
For Junior Clerk (Administration/ Accounts): aspirants must have higher
secondary with maths as a subject/ accountancy & must have computer
knowledge
For Female Health Worker: aspirants must have 10th class with female health worker basic training course.
Age limit:
For Talati cum Mantri and Junior Clerk (Administration/ Accounts):
applicant’s age should be between 18 years to 28 years as on 1st May
2015.
For MPHW (Male): applicant’s age should be between 18 years to 29 years
For Female Health Worker: applicant’s age should be between 18 years to
40 years as on 06-05-2015 (for all posts). And age relaxation would be
applicable to all reserve category applicants
Application Fee: all un-reserved category candidates include to pay
Rs.112/- (Rs.100/- exam fee with postal service charge Rs.12/-), and
exam fee can be pay through computerized post office. No fee for SC, ST,
SEBC, PH & Ex-Serviceman candidates.
Selection method: District Panchayat Services Selection Committee would select candidates based on the written test.

online, where DPSSC application forms are available at
www.ojas.guj.nic.in or www.ojas1.guj.nic.in from 08-04-2015 at 03:00 PM
to 06-05-2015 till 11:59 PM application forms without scanned photo or
signature would be rejected.
