APSC Recruitment 2015 For 27 Research Assistant and Assistant Professor
Posts www.apsc.nic.in: APSC- Assam Public Service Commission has
released the recruitment notification for the year 2015 for the Research
Assistant and Assistant Professor Positions in various departments. The
notification was released recently in the employment notification.
There are total of 27 vacancies for the mentioned posts. All the

Qualification Criteria for the Posts:
The candidates applying for the above mentioned posts should possess following eligibility criteria.
For research assistant Post- The applicants should pass Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent in Arts/ science / commerce from recognized
university.
For Assistant Professor Post- The applicants should possess excellent
academic record with 55 % as aggregate or Master’s degree in concerned
subject with NET qualification.
Pay Scales for above mentioned Posts:
The candidates will get the following pay scales:
For research assistant- Rs 8000 to Rs 35000 with GP of Rs 4300 PM
For Assistant Professor- Rs 15600 to Rs 39100 with GP of Rs 6600 PM
Age Limit:
The applied candidates for the above mentioned posts should possess the following age limit:
Lower age: 21 years
Upper age: 38 years
