Pay Scale:
For Officer Scale I: 14500 and Emoluments : 31664
For Office Assistant: 7200 and Emoluments : 16841
Probation Period:
The selected candidates will be in probation for a period of 2 years for
Officer cadre. It can be extended by the Appointing Authority for a
period not exceeding 1 year. The Candidates selected for the post of
Office Assistant will be on probation for a period of 1 year. It can be
extended by the appointing authority for a period of 6 months.
Bond amount:
The candidates must have to pay a bond amount of Rs.100000 for the post
of Officer Scale I in case of leaving their bank’s service before
completion of 2 years.
The candidates must have to pay a bond amount of Rs.50,000 for the post
of Office assistant in case of leaving their banks service before
completion of 1 year.
Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates who are proficient in the local language of the state and
the candidates who are having hindi or Sanskrit as their second
language in tenth standard level are eligible for this post
Cutoff Marks:
The candidates must be having cutoff marks of 80 and above for the posts of Office assistant. For the posts of Officer in junior assistant also they should possess a minimum cutoff marks of 80 and above.
Fee details:
For both the posts fee to be paid is Rs.100 for general candidates and for all other candidates it is Rs.20.

The candidates need to pay fees through the banks website www.uttarakhandgrameenabank.com through CBS challan between 13-03-2015 to 27-03-2015. The candidates need to retain the transaction id and bank code and can apply in online.
Selection Process:
All the qualified candidates will get call letters for interview and the selection will be done based on their performance in the interview. The Interview Centre will be at DEHRADUN, Uttarkhand.
