Age limit: candidates those who are applying for these vacancies age should be as mentioned below.

For Fellows and Managers: age should be less than 35 years

For Senior Manager (Administration): age should be less than 45 years. And age relaxation for the Scheduled Castes, Other Backward Classes, the Scheduled Tribes, Physically Handicapped and other special categories in agreement with the orders issued by the Central Government. 

Educational Qualification: candidates those who are applying for above mentioned posts must have CA/CFA/ICWA/post graduate in commerce, finance and accounts, public administration, human resource management in other related subjects and candidates must have least three years’ experience for Manager and five years’ experience for Senior Manager in finance, handling the administration, purchase and store etc. 

Pay scale: selected aspirants would be given senior manager: Rs. 30,000 -50,000/- and for manager: Rs. 20,000 -30,000/-
