Age limit: candidates those who are applying for these vacancies age should be 18 years to 27 years as on 1st march 2015 and age relaxation would be applicable to all reserved category candidates.

Pay scale: selected candidates would be given as given below.
1. Officer Scale-I: Rs.14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700/-
2. Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Rs.7200 – 400/3 – 8400 – 500/3 – 9900 – 600/4 – 12300 – 700/7 17200 – 1300/1 – 18500 – 800/1 – 19300/-

Educational criteria: Candidates who wants to apply for these vacancies should have degree in any discipline from any recognized University or its equivalent qualification along with expertise in Local language (Mizo) for officer scale-i post and office assistant post.

Selection process: candidates would be selected based on the performance in RRBs- CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/ October 2014 and personal interview which was conducted by the organization.

Personal Interview: according to the availability of vacancies, bank would conduct the interview to all eligible candidates and short-listed based on their Total Weighted Scores (TWS). The total marks for Interview will be 30 marks.

Interview Centre: Interview is going to held at the Aizawl centre and the complete details of the venue will be mentioned in the call letters and the address of the venues will also be displayed in the Bank’s website one week before the commencement of Interviews session.
