Ericsson hiring “Help Desk” for freshers B.E/B.Tech graduates, Noida – March 2015

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Candidates should possess BE/ B Tech in Computer Science, Electronics or Information Technology
2. 
   
3. Knowledge of Polycom RMX manager and infrastructure.In depth knowledge network operations best practices, production support, and capacity planning.
4. Understands network design, quality of service, and network security
5. Delivers customer service excellence by understanding the customer’s business needs (Voice of the Customer), identifying the appropriate technical solutions, and meeting/exceeding service expectations
6. Identify, analyze, and drive problems to resolution, handling complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicating across teams
