Pay scale: pay scale for every selected candidate will be given as mentioned below.
For Subject Matter Specialist - Rs. 15600-39100/-and gross pay is of Rs.5400/-
For Assistant Specialist- Rs. 9300-34800/- and gross pay is of Rs. 4600/-
For Research Assistant Grade I - Rs. 9300-34800/- and gross pay is of 
Rs. 4200/-
For Extension Inspector - Rs. 5200 – 20200/- and gross pay is of 
Rs. 2800/-
Age limit: age limit of the applicants for given vacancies are given below 
For Subject Matter Specialist -35 years
For Assistant Specialist -30 years
For Research Assistant Grade I -30 years
For Extension Inspector -18-27 years
Application Fee:
All the applicants those who are belonging to general category should pay Rs. 500/- as application fee.
All the reserved applicants belonging to SC, ST, PWD and Women applicants are free of charge from application fee.
Payment of the application should be paid through Demand Draft (DD) or Indian Postal Order (IPO) drawn in favor of “Coffee Board General Fund Non-Plan Account” can pay at Bangalore.
Education Qualification: Applicants applying for the posts of subject matter specialist, assistant specialist, research assistant grade I must possess post graduate degree in apprehensive stream from recognized university or institutions. And applicants those who are applying for extension inspector posts should possess graduation degree in agricultural or horticultural sciences or graduation in science with botany or zoology as one of the subjects from the reputed university.
Selection Process: eligible candidates will be chosen on basis of their performance in personal interview.
How to Apply: All suitable and appropriate candidates can apply for these posts by submitting prescribed application form which is obtained from the main office of organization or being paid through post, by submission of required documents along with a self-addressed envelope duly affixing Indian Postal Stamp of Rs.100 to the mentioned address below. And applicants have to attach Xerox copies of entire testimonials and paste their recent color photograph. The application forms have to be sent on or before the last date of 15th April 2015.
