About: Bharathidasan University established in the year February 1982,
and was named after the great innovatory Tamil Poet, Bharathidasan and
after the establishment of university it is providing courses
Mathematics, Physics, Geosciences, Marine Sciences, Chemistry, Life
Sciences, Social Sciences, Basic Medical Sciences, and the Schools of
Languages in its own campus.
Pay scale: selected aspirants would be given a pay scale as mentioned below
For UGC/GATE candidates: Rs.24, 800 for 1st and 2nd years and 29 000/- for 3rd, 4th, and 5th year.
For Non UGC/GATE candidates: Rs.21, 700 for 1st and 2nd years and 24800/- for 3rd, 4th, and 5th year.
Education qualification: aspirants must have M. Sc. Chemistry or its
equivalent Degree from any recognized university and candidates those
who are selected for registering to the Ph.D. programme of the
University or the registration for Ph.D. can follow after the
admissions.
Selection process: candidates would be appointed based on the performance in the personal interview.
