Selection Process:
The applicants should appear for the written examination in the
following subjects followed by Viva voce or Interview conducted by
Officials of APPSC.
The written examination will be for 400 marks and Viva voce for 50 marks.
Scheme of examination:
General English- 100 marks
General studies- 100 marks
Technical Paper I- 100 marks
Technical paper II- 100 marks
Each paper is of 3 hours duration.
Pay scale:
The selected candidates will be paid an attractive salary and emoluments as per the norms of APPSC as below.
The selected person will get salary in the pay band of Rs 15600 to Rs 39100 with GP of Rs 5400 per month.
Age Limit:
The applicants must possess the following age limit :
Lower age : 21 years
Upper age: 28 years
Education Criteria:
The candidates applying for the above mentioned post must possess
Bachelor’s degree in the discipline of Textile/ Handloom / Fine arts /
Fashion and Design Technology from recognized university are eligible.
