Job Description: The job requirements are as follows:
Education-Any graduation
Skill- Candidates having good Communication skill are required who should have basic technical knowledge on various components of Hardware, Software and Networking.
Job Role- The candidate will be needed for a tech support role, where candidate will be interlocking with the IBM Global/Indian clients to resolve their tech related queries. He/ She should be ready to work in 24*7 shifts (Day/Night). Cab facility will be provided for candidates working in night shifts.
Contract-For 1 year the candidate will be working on GSS Infosoft’s Payroll and on the basis of their performance IBM might take them on their payroll as their permanent employee. there will be no bond and candidate can leave any time after serving a month’s notice period.
Salary Package-14K-15K per month (based on the performance-Eligible for hike after one year)
Work Location-Bangalore/Hyderabad
Process of interview-
1. Face to face GD round
2. Shortlisted candidates will attend the telephonic round with IBM:
Voice and Accent round-V&A
Peg round-Technical round (Candidates who clear the V&A round will attend the final peg round)
