Job Description: 

• Configuring networking and maintaining and   troubleshooting network issues. 
• Installation and Configuration of Application   Software like MS-Outlook and MS-Office. 
• Installation and Updates of AntiVirus. 
• Installation and Configuration of Support Hardware's
• Basic Trouble Shooting of laptops and desktops/Printer
• Should have Knowledge of Internal Components of Laptop and Desktop/Printer

Technical Skills :

• Basic Laptop and Desktop Troubleshooting
• Installing OS/Software’s
• Should have knowledge of different OS.
• Highly skilled in providing effective technical support in hardware and software issues including diagnosis and troubleshooting.
• In-depth knowledge of performing hardware and software support for Windows and Mac products.
• Proven record of performing hardware repairs on customer equipment such as servers, desktops, notebooks, tablets, and printers.
• Able to give accurate service to end users.
• Demonstrated ability performing software upgrades and configuration enhancements.
• Thorough understanding of providing preventative maintenance on hardware.
• Able to ensure that all requests from user are logged and right procedures are followed
