Job Description: As an Account Delivery Head (ADH) you are responsible for Delivery Management for an account and being a focal point for Wipro#s delivery into a customer business unit. Responsible for managing an account of low to medium complexity represents Wiproand deals with executive team of the client of the organisation. ADH is accountable for delivery customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction within the account. Role Definition and Indicative factors Responsible forthe delivery of set of projects/operations for a single large account or multiple accounts Indicative competency takes ownership of logistics andresource needs during start up and growth of an account defines and implementstransition strategy when taking over from other suppliers manages OM for the accounts, Leads account steering committee meetings, Leads task forces tocomplete SBU level initiatives Leads account growth and sustenance through pre sales, support and constant engagement with customer in collaboration with other service lines creates teaming agreements/sub-contracts to for gealliances/partnerships for account growth/sustenance Conducts structuredreview of projects and audits projects (for process compliance) and fixes thegaps with corrective actions Benchmarks against industry best practices anddrives/manages Change within delivery structure processes/operations accordingly Drives innovations to improve customer service at account level Drives knowledge management and resource within and across accounts managed Initiates steps to ensure protection of customers data and IP Initiates stepsto ensure business continuity with little or no disruption to operations People Management - Conducts planned communication open house with account/OCD team members Ensures account specific induction and training plans for freshers are in place and executed Identifies top talent and defines career development plans for the same.
